Philip J. Siegel
Philip J. Siegel practices in all areas of federal and state civil litigation. He has effectively represented individuals, corporations, and municipalities in a wide variety of legal issues, including zoning and land use, contract and business disputes, commercial collections, landlord/tenant proceedings, employment, civil rights, and banking law. His experience includes counseling municipal boards, corporate executives, and individuals in connection with litigation strategies and compliance with existing laws and regulations. He has conducted public hearings and drafted resolutions on behalf of municipal entities and negotiated contracts and commercial real estate leases. Mr. Siegel is a graduate of Touro Law School (J.D. 1999), where he graduated as co-valedictorian of his class. He is a member of the New York State and Suffolk County Bar Associations. He is also a member of the Judicial Screening Committee and arbitrator for the Fee Dispute Resolution Program for the Suffolk County Bar Association.
