Julie F. Sitler

Julie F. Sitler practices in all areas of labor and employment law. She provides quality litigation, counseling, and training services to management and human resource professionals, including the drafting of employment agreements, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws.  Julie completed her New York State certified, 24-hour mediation training course. Her practice specializes in small to midsize companies.  Julie graduated from Albany Law School (J.D. 1999) with honors, and received her undergraduate degree from Washington University in St. Louis. Before starting her own practice, Julie began her career as an employment litigator at a large New York City law firm, Proskauer Rose LLP, and then transitioned to become an in-house employment lawyer working at Bristol-Myers Squibb.
